For the longest time
I was shrouded in doubt.
About the time left for
me to see you on my cloud.
You’ll find me riding
upon a storm up in skies.
That do not seem real
in the tapestry of my life.
More over is the sound
of hurt in loud lightening.
What is found in my life
without you is frightening.
I see you in my mind and
anguish it does dissipate.
I pray that our souls find
each other in these days.
You have eclipsed fears.
Frustration it is now calm.
The tragedy on my mind
in my countenance is gone.
Ways of my downtrodden
soul rise and do evaporate.
As your life and smile do
wash over me to saturate.
Here in the clouds I am
closer to my born dreams.
Now that I know you do
see me for me I love reality.
You make me feel as if
I don’t have to begin explain.
The flight of my terrors
that exist here on my plane.
Only the unknown frightens men. But once a man has faced the unknown, that terror becomes the known – Antoine de Saint Exupery.
